Sink into a cozy, restorative Sound Bath designed to help you gently transition from autumn’s energy into the calm, magical stillness of December.

Through guided meditation and soothing sounds, you’ll release the weight of fall and welcome the new month with softness, clarity, and ease.

As the frequencies wash over you, your body will naturally shift into rest-and-receive mode, allowing your nervous system to unwind and your mind to settle. This is your time to breathe, reset, and align with the quiet, reflective energy December brings.

Whether you’re seeking emotional clearing, energetic grounding, or simply a peaceful moment for yourself, this session offers a beautiful space to reconnect and begin the month feeling balanced, supported, and renewed.

We have mats and some blankets but please bring your pillow, eye mask and anything else to make you feel cozy!

Suite 105 is located on the right side of the building across from the green GFL boxes. Look for the awning and come on in!
