No prior experience necessary. Mats provided. Chairs available if you prefer to sit. Just bring yourself, and anything for your comfort, a pillow, blanket, eye mask, journal, water bottle, and an open heart. We provide everything else!
Please arrive in time to get settled for an on-time start.
