When Baltimore's fantastic emo duo SHIFT MEAL offered a book on their first tour- we said HELL YES PLEASE!

While Raleigh isn't known for the Emo genre - our hometown acts adore and pull from the theme.

To celebrate this faction of music, We welcome back Raleigh's own:
