Deep House Deep Stretch brings the energy of a nightclub and the calm of a yoga studio together for one unforgettable Sunday at Aura Lounge.
Join instructor Liz Lemon (@yogaderby) for a 45-minute flow set to live deep house beats from DJ Ric Caporale (@justinthericoftime). This isn’t your typical yoga class — it’s an immersive mix of vinyasa movement and juicy stretches to shake off stress, reset your body, and drop into the rhythm.
