About the event

CODER Online Dating Safety Map Launch
In celebration of International Women's Day, we're launching an Online Dating Safety Map!

About this Event

The Collaboratory on Digital Equity Research (CODER) is launching an Online Dating Safety Map: an interactive tool providing up-to-date information about the scope, features, and policies of 30 different dating apps to empower individuals and create safer and more equitable online dating, especially for those at greatest risk of technology-facilitated violence.

The public launch event is on Thursday, March 5th at 9:30am in Hunt Library's Teaching & Visualization Lab (Room 4505) on NC State University Centennial Campus. It's free and open to all, featuring a live website demo and presentation by co-lead researcher Dr. Corey W. Johnson, with free food and drinks for attendees.
