Chakra Yoga Class

Each week, you'll:

1. Learn about 1 of the 7 primary chakras in a short lecture.
2. Move through an all-levels flow to activate that chakra in your body.
3. Turn inward with meditation and reflection on that chakra's energy in your body, mind and heart.

Come to any, some or all of the weeks!

~ Full Series: Access to all 8 weeks and 8 videos ($136 total, $17/class)

~ Half Series: Access to any 4 weeks and their 4 videos ($80 total, $20/class)

~ Online Series: Access to all 8 videos ($80 total, $10/class)

~ Drop-In: Access to any 1 of the weeks ($25)
