Raleigh/Triangle AcroYoga is thrilled to welcome Jeff Miller from Virginia Beach for a weekend of skill-building, connection, and fun! This event is all about enjoying the journey—learning a few new things, making memories, and laughing along the way.
Jeff is AcroLove certified and has been joyfully teaching acroyoga since 2014. Known for his warm energy and infectious enthusiasm, Jeff has a certain je ne sais quoi that lights up any room. His teaching style emphasizes playfulness, safety, and making sure everyone walks away smiling.
Throughout the weekend, Jeff will assess the group’s level of experience and introduce a variety of washing machines and transitions tailored to the group's skill level. No matter your experience, you're sure to leave with new techniques, more confidence, and unforgettable memories.
This event will be held at Enso Movement in Raleigh, NC. Specific gym times TBD with possibility of adding Friday night. Regardless, expect lots of gym time!
Cost will be $25/day. If you are coming from out of town and need housing, please reach out!
