Surprise! Not only am I back but I’m bringing a new show / swap to NJ and for a great cause!!
It’s been too long. I’m so excited to bring to you the first ever annual NJ BMX SUMMER SHOWDOWN!!! This event is both a Show and Swap. The date is August 10th 2025
The event will be held at the Rahway American Legion located at 581 Maple Ave, Rahway, NJ 07065. There are indoor restrooms on site. We’re working with the legion on having burgers / hot dogs available too but that’s not definite yet.
ALL proceeds from the event will be donated to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. A message from their website: “Since 9/11, we have been helping America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially-adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. We are also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America to Never Forget September 11, 2001.”
There will be a per person donation of $10 to come to the event. Kids 12 and under are Free.
Show entry will be $5 for one bike or $10 for unlimited bikes. Again, it’s a donation to a great cause.
Swap meet is Free. Bring your goods.
Show categories are on the flyer. More specialty categories may get added closer to show date. There will be judges assigned for each category. There will be first place trophies only. “If you ain’t first your last” - Ricky Bobby
The rain date will be August 17th! But hopefully we don’t need it. AGAIN THATS JUST THE RAIN DATE. The show is August 10th.
