On June 29th, Michael’s life changed in an instant.
Michael, a lifelong resident of Ragley, Louisiana, and a graduate of SBHS had a life altering eveny that left him with a broken back and paralyzed from the waist down. He is currently in the hospital, fighting every day to recover, but doctors say his chances of ever walking again are very slim.
Michael is not just a patient in a hospital bed — he’s an incredible father to two beautiful young children: Haisley, age 4, and Kolton, age 3. He has always been a devoted dad and a hard worker who provided for his family without hesitation.
When Michael is finally able to come home he will need around the clock care . This will be a long, difficult journey for Michael and all of us who love him dearly.
We are asking for any help you can give to support Michael during this life-changing time. Your donations will help cover medical bills, daily living expenses, and any special equipment or items he will need to adjust to his new way of life.
Michael has spent his whole life working hard and taking care of others — now he needs us to help take care of him.
