Restorative Thursday Movement with Sound Bath

Join Frasier in some gentle movement, with lots of props, finishing with an extended Savasana and Sound Bath.

Welcome the Fall Transition with Rest and Ease during this slow and intentionally crafted class. You will be led through a few poses with props into a long Savasana accompanied by a variety of instruments to soothe your Soul.


A bit about Frasier....

"Sound therapy has a special place in my heart. I first discovered it in 2019 when I was unpacking trauma and trying to re connect with myself. Ever since then I have fallen in love with a variety of healing vibrations. I began sharing this passion for others in 2021 and am excited to pass good vibrations along to you!"
