Grounded & Growing: Mala Making & Mantra Workshop



Step into sacred space and craft your own mala using beads that speak directly to your soul. In this soul-nourishing workshop, you’ll intuitively select from a curated collection of stones—each carrying unique healing properties to support your personal journey of growth, transformation, and inner calm.



We’ll begin with reflective journaling and a guided meditation to help you ground and connect with your heart’s energy. You’ll then be guided in creating a personalized 108-bead mala—a spiritual tool for meditation, mantra, and mindful living. No experience necessary—just a willing heart and open mind.



After your mala is complete, we’ll close with a Japa meditation, using your newly created mala to recite a mantra or affirmation bead by bead—activating its energy and anchoring your intention into every knot and stone.



Leave with more than a mala—you’ll carry a sacred tool made by your own hands, infused with meaning, purpose, and soul.
