We’re turning up the neon and stepping straight into the ’80s for our next Mixology Tasting Experience!

Our last class SOLD OUT — and this one brings even bigger flavor, brighter vibes, and some totally rad retro fun.

Dress in your best ’80s attire: neon, denim, leg warmers, big hair — go all out!

Enjoy four handcrafted cocktails, each expertly paired with a tasting bite from Chef Tyler. Joey & Jenni will guide you through every sip, flavor, and laugh along the way.

🍹 MIXOLOGY TASTING EXPERIENCE MENU

1st Course — Electric Pop Rock Cooler

A vibrant, fizzy cocktail bursting with citrusy sweetness and a playful pop of crackling candy.

Paired With: Mini Jalapeño Wontons

Crispy wontons filled with creamy jalapeño goodness to match the cooler’s bright, electric finish.

2nd Course — Electric Lemon Drop

A bold, zesty lemon cocktail with a crisp, refreshing edge and a lightly sugared rim.

Paired With: Lemon Pepper Wings & Garlic Parmesan Fries

Tangy, pepper-kissed wings and golden fries coated in garlic-parmesan goodness amplify the drink’s citrus sparkle.

3rd Course — Country Cherry Almond Old Fashioned

A smooth, spirit-forward old fashioned infused with rich cherry and almond for a rustic, elevated twist.

Paired With: Mini Meatloaf Slider with Cherry BBQ & Hand-Cut Onion Tanglers

A tender slider glazed in sweet-smoky cherry BBQ and topped with crispy onion tanglers — the perfect match for the cocktail’s deep cherry-almond warmth.

4th Course — Mudslide Martini

A decadent blend of chocolate, cream, and coffee liqueurs, served silky and indulgent.

Paired With: Bite-Size Chocolate Lava Cake
