There’s something sacred about stepping away from the noise from the rush, the roles, the responsibilities and finding yourself in a space that invites you to simply be. EdgeWood Farm offers exactly that.
With its blooming fields and beautifully restored vintage barn, it carries a kind of stillness that feels like medicine. The kind that invites your shoulders to soften the moment you arrive.
We’re gathering here, not to do more but to do less. To turn inward, settle the nervous system, and return to the quiet wisdom that lives inside the body.
A Sound Bath is a form of sound meditation where you are invited to rest, receive, relax. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum and other vibrational instruments, we’ll create a gentle dreamlike soundscape to ssupport your body in softening and your mind in slowing down. There is no effort or prior experience necessary, no techniques to learn or poses to hold. Just your presence, your breath, and your willingness to be.
People often describe these experiences as deeply relaxing or heart opening. Others simply enjoy the permission to rest.
This experience is beginner-friendly and open to all. Whether you’ve attended many sound baths or this is your first time, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
