✅ Comfortable floating beds provided – no swimming required.

✅Outdoor pool under the open sky – float beneath fresh air and moonlight for a more expansive, nature-connected experience.

✅ Assisted setup for a smooth, dry experience (minimal splashes).

✅ Attire: Wear comfortable clothing (yoga/gym/active wear or swimwear if preferred; swimsuits not required. (Avoid zippers, sharp jewellery or accessories to protect the Float Bed).

✅ Towels will be provided for your comfort — you’re welcome to bring a personal blanket if you prefer extra warmth.

✅ Bring a change of clothes if you would like. We strive to keep you dry, but minor splashes or unexpected wet accidents may still occur.

✅ Stay hydrated – bring your own water bottle.

✅ Changing and Shower facilities available.

📌 Important Notes:

• Please read the confirmation email & guidelines before attending.

• Do not attend if unwell.

• Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the session, including getting comfortable on the float.

• Background sounds from pool equipment may be present as part of regular maintenance. We invite you to embrace the moment, return to your breath, and let the healing sounds guide your inner journey.

• Minimum participants required for the session to proceed.

☔ Weather Policy (Outdoor Pool Sessions)As this session takes place at an outdoor pool, please book only if you’re comfortable with the following:

• If it rains during the session and we need to stop, there will be no refund.
• If it rains just before and we cannot proceed, you will receive a 50% credit of your fee to use at a future session
• If the weather forecast indicates bad conditions, we will inform you via WhatsApp at least 4 hours before the session. In this case, you will receive a full refund or choose to use it for the next session.

• Those with water phobia, mobility restrictions, or prone to dizziness or motion sickness should assess their comfort level before participating.

• Participants must inform the facilitator of any health concerns or special needs before booking the session.

3. Water & Pool Safety Disclaimer

• Attendees must be 15 years old and above.
• Participants must be comfortable floating on water & follow all pool safety guidelines.

• No lifeguard on duty—attend at your own discretion. (*The pool is about 1.2 meter deep, so if you fall into the water accidentally, simply stand up.)

• Avoid alcohol 6 hours before & after the session, & refrain from heavy meals just before, for safety & maximum healing benefits.

• The facilitator & venue are not liable for any accidental slips, falls, or injuries that may occur in or around the pool area.

4. Food, Beverages & Cleanliness Regulations

• Strictly no food or beverages in the pool area.

• Please clean up after yourself & dispose of any trash properly.

• A cleaning fee will be charged if the pool or premises are dirtied or damaged, as per venue policy.

5. Personal Belongings Disclaimer

• Please store valuables safely. The facilitator & venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

6. Session Policy

• All late arrivals, no-shows, and cancellations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, our rescheduling policy applies as stated in your confirmation email.

• Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, kindly inform the facilitator before the session.
