Herbal tea making workshop -

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, I'm offering a herbal tea making workshop.
We will focus on herbs beneficial for the nervous system.
We will discuss the benefits of the herbs but you will also get to make your own blend.

Please, bring a bowl to mix your own herbal tea blend, and a jar to take your herbal tea home.
