Community Draw - Life Portraits with Kasia Hebda

Join artist Kasia Hebda for a relaxed and engaging portrait drawing session. Explore her favourite techniques to strengthen your life sketching skills while learning how to capture people from life. Participants will take turns drawing each other, experiencing both the joy of sketching and the unique challenge of being a model. Open to all skill levels.

About Your Facilitator:
Kasia Hebda is a multidisciplinary Polish artist, designer, and certified art conservator based in Queenstown. With a Master’s degree in Fine Art Conservation, she brings together restoration expertise and creative practice to offer a rare mix of services.

At her Country Lane studio, Kasia balances designing, teaching, and creating public art. She is passionate about education and regularly shares her skills through workshops and classes, helping others build confidence in drawing and painting. Her creative work spans from bespoke illustrations and branding to large-scale murals - including a 45m² mural at the Remarkable Sweet Shop in Queenstown.

Please bring a sketchbook, pencil and any other materials you'd like to use. We will have a limited array of supplies.
