Curious to try breath work? An incredible modality to explore, under the guidance of Mike trained in Breath Work facilitation, who also draws on his experience as a sound healer and practitioner of energy work in his 1:1 treatment sessions.

Single class $27, or make use of our Try Tri Pass - 3 classes for $60, use within 14 days, one per person.

Once you've found a class or two that you like at Shala, our 5 class pass makes each session $23.

Shala is a small and beautiful studio with plenty of natural light and a cosy vibe. We have 5 studio mats available for use, and blankets and bolsters for everyone.
