Join us on Wed 1st Oct and take a pause to rest, reflect and recalibrate as we move into the warmer, longer days of spring.
Taking time to rest the body and quieten the mind is emphasised in just about every single spiritual and wellbeing tradition. These days have found a place in the schedule of so many locals for good reason. Spend the day however you feel - read a book, take a nap, stretch it out on a yoga mat, listen to the birds and 'touch grass', journal as you sip a cup of restorative tea, or simply be.
Our 'Quiet Days' are open to all (pre-bookings essential) and numbers are limited to preserve the tranquil and restorative nature of the day. Please arrive from 9.45am, and we will be in restful silence from 10am.
There will be two (optional) guided meditation periods, although you are also welcome to just enjoy the simplicity, and to tune into nature and your own inner wisdom.
A simple plant-based lunch is included, and we will end the day with an opportunity for connecting and sharing over a cup of tea from 4.30-5pm.
