My workshop is for you if you go from 0 to 100 when dealing with distressing situations or people. We all have moments where we're dysregulated because we've been triggered but when it becomes difficult to get out of that funk, and we feel stuck or perhaps even incapable of moving forward, that's when it's time to go inward and do the work. Our triggers are out teachers and we will go on a journey of learning what that means for each of us.

Info: We will dive into healing modalities like self expression, reflection, eft tapping, and future-casting in order to make sense of our triggers.
