Through guided reflection, creative expression, and faith-based conversation, you’ll learn how to cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude—and see how it can transform your daily walk with God.

This two-hour experience will help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with God’s goodness, even in challenging seasons. You’ll leave with your own personalized Gratitude Board, a renewed sense of joy, and a deeper awareness of how blessed you truly are.

What to Expect

• Welcome & Opening Prayer – Ground yourself in gratitude.
• Mini Lesson: The Power of Gratitude
• Faith-Provoked Discussion: “How does thankfulness change our hearts?”
• Guided Journaling Prompts – Reflect on blessings, lessons, and growth.
• Create-A-Gratitude-Board Activity – Craft your own visual reminder of God’s goodness.
• Group Reflection & Prayer – Share, connect, and grow in faith together.

Each attendee will craft a personal Gratitude Board — a visual reflection of thankfulness and hope.

Supplies provided:

Poster board, magazines, stickers, glue, markers, and scripture printouts. You’re welcome to bring your own favorite photos or devotional clippings!
