For all the “mini yogis” join us for a fun and engaging mindful Kids Yoga class! This class is designed to help kids of ALL levels get their wiggles out while discovering the calming and empowering practice of yoga. Through playful poses, breathing exercises, and engaging activities, children will learn how to relax, focus, and find their inner Zen—all while having a blast! Let’s move, stretch, and grow together!
