ZZ Top sings "Party on the Patio". This is a Pie-ing on the Patio. The 12th Annual Pie in the Face for Chase is Sunday September 14th at The Summit Lodge in Killington to raise money for Chase Kuehl and the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation. 22 people will get pied that day but Public House Chef/Owner Andrew Schain and Manager Jen Wheatley, who were part of the pie class, sadly cannot attend.
However, for the 3rd year in a row, Andrew will be taking pies out on the Public House Patio, part of a Charity bingo night. We figured you might want to pie Jen as well. The more faces to hit, the merrier.
Andrew has raised over $1000 taking pies here at the Public House. This pie-ing will take place on Sept 25th at the Public House Pub, in-between Bingo games around 715pm. If you're an employee, come pie the boss, and the manager. If you're Andrew's wife, come pie your husband. If you're a customer, come pie the chef and the manager. If you want to be an employee, come pie your future boss. That's what Laura did, and she got the job. She's in the Event photo, really whacking Andrew. There are no repercussions, just smiles for Chase. Andrew welcomes you all to pie him in the face, Jen has no say in this.
Here's how the night will work. Everyone gets 1 bingo card free, to play and win prizes. You can purchase an additional card for $10, and whipped cream pies to throw at Andrew or Jen are $22 each, the same as the event. You can get a combo price of a pie and a card for ONLY $27. Please bring cash, but Venmo will be available as a backup.
Phelan McDermid Syndrome is a horrible disease with sadly no cure so your donations will help with research and therapies. 100% of the proceeds will be split between Chase and the Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Foundation. Andrew will match the money raised that night! Bingo game themes will be centered around Pie and Donating. Remember donating is good for the soul and good times will be had by all!
