Slow Sundays in Wamboin, a summer series to rest and reset
Slow Sundays is your monthly invitation over Summer to pause, soften and come home to yourself. Each session is a 90 minute blend of gentle Yin Yoga, supportive Restorative Yoga, simple breath practices to calm your system, and a guided Yoga Nidra accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes.
It is a space to unwind at the end of the week, release tension in the body and move through the season feeling nourished and cared for.
What to expect,
• Gentle stretches and supported postures that help you slow down and soften
• Breathwork and meditation to calm the nervous system
• Deep rest through Yoga Nidra and sound
• Time afterwards to enjoy tea or chai and connect with others

• Sundays 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm
(November 23, December 21, January 25, February 22)
• Wamboin Hall
• $30 per session or $100 for the full four session summer series
• Please bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you get comfortable. Some props are provided.
Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed. Slow Sundays is designed to meet you exactly where you are and support you to feel rested, connected and at ease.
