National Wattle Day Educational Walk

National Wattle Day is held every year on the first day of Spring, and celebrates the 1000+ species of wattles found across Australia. Council and Queanbeyan Landcare are collaborating to host an educational walk up Mount Jerrabomberra as part of the celebrations. Come along and learn about our native vegetation and some of our natural history. A morning tea will be provided after the walk.

The walk will stick to a gravel path, and will be a slow walk up a gradient. Please wear enclosed shoes and sun protection.
