We are excited to announce that this years PPFA winter clinic will be hosted again at the Solanco Fairgrounds 172 S. Lime St., Quarryville, PA 17566 on Friday February 27th and Saturday February 28th with our clinician Craig Trnka
If you’ve been to this event before we plan to run things in a similar fashion to years prior with our first day being a hands on forging clinic capped to 16 participants and the second day will be live shoeing and forging demonstrations out in the shop.
The hands on portion of the clinic will be focused around each participants individual needs so please bring any shoe boards contest shoes etc that you may be working on.
Pricing for the clinic are as follows:
Hands on day 1: $250 (limited to 16 participants)
Hands on day 1 + second day attendance: $300
Single day audit: $80
2 day audit: $150
Payment for the hands on clinic will be required in advance to secure your spot.
Coffee and donuts will be provided in the morning aswell as lunch in the afternoon.
3/8x3/4 and 3/8x1 bar stock will be provided to everyone participating in the hands on forging.
Please note that auditing the hands on clinic is encouraged but the clinicians main focus will be on the active participants.
