Valentine's Day 4-Course Dinner and Wine Pairing

Indulge in a romantic and delectable four-course dinner, each dish thoughtfully crafted and perfectly paired with exquisite wines from the renowned Delicato Family Vineyards. From the first sip to the final bite, this elegant culinary experience is designed to delight the senses and celebrate love in the most delicious way. First Course: Shaved Parmesan Salad
A crisp, garden-fresh blend of arugula and finely chopped romaine, tossed with toasted pine nuts, juicy cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, and slivers of red onion, all enveloped in a creamy parmesan vinaigrette.
Paired with: Black Stallion Pinot Noir — This silky, fruit-forward red brings out the nutty richness of the parmesan and the peppery bite of arugula, creating a beautifully balanced start to your evening.

Second Course: Seafood Vol-au-Vent

Golden puff pastry cradling a chilled medley of tender seafood in a light, citrus-kissed dressing.

Both entrées are served with sour cream and chive whipped potatoes and roasted asparagus spears.
