Join me for a deep and nourishing Yin & Pranayama (breathwork) session followed by an hour of Sauna & Hot/Cold Tubs on the stunning property of Fermented Future Farms. Make Thursday evening a night for self care and release before you head into a busy weekend.

What you'll Need & How to Prepare:
- Yoga Mat
- Comfy clothes appropriate for gentle movement
- Water Bottle
- Bathing Suit, Towel, Sandals (Robe optional)
