a warm, nourishing class that moves at a gentler pace, inviting you to slow down and bring more awareness to each posture. with the support of gentle heat, you’ll ease into flowing sequences that give you time to explore alignment, notice subtle shifts, and see your practice from a new perspective. this class encourages presence, patience, and mindful breath, making it a grounding way to release tension and reconnect with yourself. suitable for all levels of practitioners.
