Art/Meditation with Kairos
Join us for a relaxing and creative event to help prepare you for the holiday season. You'll experience a soothing meditation and then Barbette, who has been an art therapist and Montessori teacher for 30 years, will show us how to create easy watercolor images to experience peace and balance. Leave with your own artwork and a calmer mind. Open to ALL adults and teens!
