Silent Jam - Come and dance with silence!

A quiet jam without music and no conversation in the room can provide a delicious group focus and often brings another level of creativity to the room. Please enter the hall with this in mind and enjoy.
Sounds are welcome but please take your words and conversations outside. (Unless of course you need to speak up for your own or someone elses safety). There will be some time at the conclusion of the jam in our closing circle to share with the group if you wish.

Contact Improvisation Jams are a space for contact dancers to practice CI in a mutually supported environment. There is no teaching, and as such, our Sunday jams are open to anyone that has done some contact previously. If you are absolutely brand new to contact, we recommend that you begin with a class setting before jamming as this will give you some tools with which to jam.
