We’ll be diving into the potential impacts of the new URAR 3.6 (expect to see some changes in fees and turn times at first). Our session will also cover:

1️⃣ How appraisers develop and apply adjustments
2️⃣ ANSI measuring & reporting standards — a change that’s been around for over a year but continues to throw people off. (Finished ADUs, low ceiling height, detached living areas, and finished basements must now be adjusted for separately!)
3️⃣ Practical strategies to help avoid a low appraisal
