Fall Prevention Awareness Day

Unexpected falls can result in a serious and costly injury. The good news is that most falls can be prevented!

Join us on Monday, Sept. 22 at the Mel Korum Family YMCA in Puyallup for a free event open to the public. We'll be covering fall prevention tips, exercise demos, presentations, and hosting community resources. And did we mention snacks will be provided? No RSVP or YMCA membership needed.
