In The Know is a farm-focused mental health program for anyone who works in agriculture. This 4-hour program was developed by the University of Guelph with critical and meaningful input from farmers. In the Know covers topics of:
Designed to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and empower individuals to take care of their own mental well-being and how to support others in the farm community.
