This in-person event is all about self-care and enjoying a day out with friends. Whether you're into fitness, spirituality, painting, or just chilling with a tea in hand, there's something for everyone. Don't miss out on this opportunity to relax, unwind, and have a great time!

What we do:

You'll dance through a Zumba session, craft your own Kombucha, explore your own creativity through meditation & intuitive painting class and unwind with a soothing sounbath. A beautiful way to bloom into Fall - even if it's your first or 10th retreat. Healthy snacks are available 😋. Rain or shine, we still go on. Be prepared to be outdoors and inside.

• A Yoga mat
• A lunch - we only provide healthy snacks, pasta salad and tea.
• Light blanket and pillow for comfort

• Outdoor shoes/boots incase its muddy
• Warm sweater or outdoor wear for a walk
