Dora's Dairy, Quarry Farm (Jon Cook)
The Hyde, Purton, United Kingdom
An unmissable two-night pop-up celebrating real food, bold flavours and the magic of fire and fermentation
Come and feast in the tunnels of Dora’s Dairy as we welcome Peter Vaughan – Purton-born, world-travelled, and trained with chefs who treat food like theatre and the pig like royalty. A member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Peter brings fire, flair and flavour to every dish he creates.
