Pilates

Join us for this low-impact Pilates class that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. The majority of the class is performed on a provided exercise mat. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. $3 drop in fee. For more questions call 941-505-8686
