Halloween Arts and Crafts, Trick or Treating & a movie

Arts and Crafts fair starting at 10am , Trick or treating starting at 5 pm and a movie in the park starting at 7 pm. Food trucks will be present also. Scams are prevalent and we don't always catch them immediately.
