Important Information:
Registration and Refund Policy: All conference registration deposits/payments are non-refundable unless canceled by the host. However, registration can be transferred to another guest upon approval. You may select “pay by invoice” to make your payment ourside of eventbrite. ALL balances for this registration (this is just for the VIP Details listed below, excludes travel, accomodations, custom fees etc.) is due by February 1.
An actual invoice is not sent. Payment must be made using one of the options in your eventbrite confirmation email.
Accommodations and Airport Transfers: Once you register for the SPC VIP experience, a link will be sent by December 1 for the Resort Reservations. These are separate payments Rates start at $265 per night. A one night hold is required to secure your room - travel is being managed by Travel Partner - See You Soon Travel, Angie Thompson.
