Anand Satchidanand:

Anand’s journey in Bharatnatyam has been marked by his deep-rooted dedication to the traditional guru-shishya parampara. His early training developed under Sri Nagarajan Raja Rajeswari to further guidance in Jakarta with Smt. Rekha Subbarao and finally under the esteemed mentorship of Padma Bhushan awardees Dr. VP and Shanta Dhananjayan in Chennai has shaped him into an artist of global repute.

Anand Satchidanand has performed on prominent stages worldwide including events like the NCPA Mudra and Umang festival and Khajuraho festival, Narada Gana Sabha – Iyal Isai Natya Vizha and Krishna Gana Sabha’s Pongal dance festival etc...

His artistic excellence has been recognized through awards like ‘Nalanda Nritya Nipuna’, ‘Adyar K. Lakshman Best Male Dancer’ from Krishna Gana Sabha, Chennai, ‘Yuvakala Bharati’ from Bharat Kalachar and many more.

Anand Satchidanand is a Doordarshan graded artist.

Lakshmi Sila:

Lakshmi, a graduate in Bharatnatyam from Nalanda Nritya Kala Mahavidyalaya and post-graduate from Annamalai University has received extensive training under Smt. Rama Vaidyanathan for 4 years.

Currently Lakshmi is receiving advanced training from her Guru Dr. Rajashree Warrier. She is a Doordarshan graded artist in Bharatnatyam.

The co-founder and creative head of Sila Centre for Performing Arts Thrissur, Lakshmi aims at creating a niche in the field of performing and teaching Bharatnatyam.

Her notable performances include P.L.Deshpande Yuva Mahotsav, Mumbai, Vivartana – dance production by Smt Rama Vaidyanathan, Konark Dance festival, Onam Varaghosham 2023 by Kerela Tourism Dept, Soorya Youth Festival 2025 at Trivandrum etc.…
