For one evening only, The Black Cypress will offer a five-course Valentine’s tasting menu, composed with intention and restraint—each course unfolding naturally, each pairing chosen to elevate rather than distract.

From a champagne accompaniment to open the evening, through delicate agnolotti, charcoal-grilled scallop, and a deeply comforting braised short rib, the menu moves with quiet confidence toward a final dessert designed for sharing.

This is a Valentine’s dinner for those who value craft, pacing, and the simple luxury of being well cared for at the table.
