Meet the Provider: Andrea VanFleet

Join us Wednesday, February 11th in the front lobby at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System Pulaski to meet our newest urology provider, Andrea VanFleet, MSN, NP-C, CUNP.

Andrea will practice at Southern Tennessee Urology, located at 1265 East College Street, Suite 3, Pulaski, TN 38478, and will be accepting new patients. She provides care for patients from children age 4 through adults.
