Sunday Sessions: Mat Pilates with Kelly
Come join us for a relaxing, yet invigorating Mat Pilates session with Kelly at Little Batch Wax Co.!
This is your standard Mat Pilates session concluding with an extended period of relaxing stretch... move through a series of exercises to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being.
When: Sunday October 5, 2025 at 4.00 PM (Doors open 3.50PM, session runs 4.00PM-4.45PM)
Let's get ready to stretch, strengthen, and unwind together.
The first 30 minutes of the session is strengthening, invigorating Mat Pilates. The final 15 minutes we will turn the lights down low, slow the pace of the music and move through a series of delicious, mobilising stretches - the perfect way to reset your body for the week ahead.
Please bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and a full sized towel to cover the mat provided (alternatively bring your own mat).
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is suitable for all levels.
