What to Bring:
Yoga mat or something comfy to lie on
Blankets, pillows, or anything cozy
Eye mask (optional but encouraged)
Journal & pen
Water bottle
Anything else that helps you feel relaxed and supported
What to Expect:
Cacao Ceremony & Cosmic Meditation - Beck will open the evening with a sacred Cacao Ceremony, sharing her signature blend and guiding you through a heart-opening meditation. She’ll also offer insights into the current cosmic energies.
Crystal Sound Bath Healing - Barb will lead you into deep relaxation with a soothing crystal singing bowl sound bath, helping you reset your nervous system and elevate your vibration.
Reiki & Energy Clearing - While you're immersed in the healing frequencies, Beck will offer each guest a personal Reiki healing and energetic cleanse.
Additional Info:
Cacao will be lovingly prepared in advance using Beck’s famous ceremonial recipe.
