Her book, Trapped in Their Script, was written for adult children of narcissistic parents— especially those from collectivist cultures, where family loyalty often overshadows individual well-being. Drawing from her experiences as a Nigerian- American psychotherapist, Agatha offers guidance on embracing one's identity while respecting cultural ties, providing insights for both readers and fellow therapists.
