Thus Speaketh the Bard: Shakespeare as a Second Language (Decoding Shakespeare Series, Part 1)

Come one, come all, to the first in our four-part series on Decoding Shakespeare!

In "Thus Speaketh the Bard," we will utilize demonstration and hands-on practice to get YOU familiar with the prose and pacing of the Man from Stratford-Upon-Avon. By the end of the workshop, you should be able to communicate with your scene partner with some semblance of understanding. You might not know what a "jade's trick" is, but you will understand that Beatrice and Benedick are hate-flirting. A total enemies to lovers trope. You get the picture. Or at least, you will after the workshop!

This is the first in a four-part series presented by The Impossible Players, in advance of our production of "Much Ado About Nothing" this upcoming Spring.
