Local educator and food preservation specialist Ken Willard will guide you step‑by‑step through the science, equipment, and techniques of pressure canning. You’ll learn how to operate both dial‑gauge and weighted‑gauge canners, understand venting and processing times, and practice safe procedures that protect food quality and prevent botulism risks.
This class is ideal for home cooks, gardeners, hunters, and anyone who wants to preserve more of their harvest or pantry staples.
