We welcome our students, friends and guests to join us for a week-long (7 days / 6 nights) culinary and cultural immersion in the heart of Oaxaca, Mexico, known as the best cuisine of all of Mexico. This destination is truly unique and wonderful and our location is close to the historical downtown hear of Oaxaca City. We look forward to our time together in the beautiful hacienda that we return to again and again with our friends and guests, in a location full of things to see and explore with so much history and culture.
