Journey to Transformation - Shake, dance & meditate!!!

Mindful movement & mindful stillness with some live music!! KatsahaYoga adds a special twist to this Kundalini practise by Osho through adding some live music.

There will be shaking... there will be dancing...there will be seated meditation.. and the grand finale there will be savasana!

Come & let go! Lose all inhibitions! Be free to move, dance & be still!

Time is given afterwards to have a cuppa & catch up with like minded folk.
