About the Course
Our Emergency First Aid at Work course is designed to give learners the essential skills and confidence to respond effectively in an emergency situation.
This 1-day course meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, making it ideal for low-risk workplaces or as the designated first aider’s qualification.

Course Content
Learners will cover:
• The role of the first aider and assessing an incident
• Managing an unresponsive casualty (including CPR and AED use)
• Recovery position and primary survey
• Choking and seizures
• Wounds, bleeding and shock
• Minor injuries and burns

• Accredited by: QNUK (Ofqual-regulated)
• Validity: 3 years
• Assessment: Practical observation and multiple-choice questions
• Certificate: Emailed to the participant or employer following successful completion

• Photo ID (required for certification)
• Comfortable clothing suitable for practical floor work
• A notepad and pen if you’d like to take notes
