🚏 PICK-UP POINTS:

1. LIBERTIES: pick up outside Johns lane church - Thomas street D8. ⏰️ Departs here @12.30pm sharp

2. FINGLAS - pick up on main road outside Clearwater shopping centre ⏰️ Departs here 12.45pm sharp

🩵 Please arrive in plenty of time for your departure, no refunds will be issued if you fail to arrive on time .

Please familiarize yourself with pick up points ahead of show date & allow for traffic for you to get there .

WHAT TO EXPECT:

🌊 LIVE MERMAID SHOW & BUS

Get ready for a magical day out with our Live Mermaid Show & Bus Combo Ticket! Your ticket includes return coach transport and entry to our spectacular live mermaid experience — a truly mermazing family event!

🕒 Duration Guests will be in our Mermazing Venue for approximately 2 hours.

🎶 HOUR ONE: 2-3pm

THE MERMAZING LOBBY EXPERIENCE Upon arrival, you’ll spend the first hour in our Mermazing Lobby, filled with music, colour, and magic! ✨

Our shop will be open with: Soft drinks, crisps, popcorn, bars & mermaid merchandise.

✨ You can also visit our optional GLAM ZONE, where Mermaid or Princess Ariel will be waiting to meet your little ones! At the Glam Zone, children can enjoy: Meet & greet and photo time with our Mermaid or Princess Ariel A jumbo rainbow braid with satin bow Sparkling face gems

💖 Glam Zone is optional and not included in your combo ticket. Cost: €20 per child, payable on arrival at check-in (no pre-booking needed).

⚠️ Children availing of Glam Zone must arrive with their hair tied up in a high, neat bun to help us limit wait times and keep everything running smoothly.

🧜‍♀️ HOUR TWO: 3-4pm

THE LIVE MERMAID SHOW The live show runs for 1 hour total .

Approximately 30 minutes will be seated while watching the show, then children only will be invited up to pool front to meet mermaids ,touch hands with our mermaids in the pool windows and recieve a small gift.

Then adults will be invited up for the final 15 minutes to take photos of children with our stunning show mermaids!

After the show, guests will be directed back outside to reboard the coach for your return journey. 🎟️

TICKET INFORMATION Ticket price includes entry to the live mermaid show and return bus travel from your selected pick-up point. All seats (bus & show) are priced the same for adults and children. Recommended for ages 3+ (children must be able to sit through the show).

All guests require a ticket, except small babies in arms or in buggies.

If babies become upset during the show, we kindly ask parents to step out to the lobby to avoid disturbing others.

It is your responsibility to arrive at your bus pick-up point on time. The bus will depart at the scheduled time — no refunds for missed departures.

Guests must respect bus driver instructions for safety. If anyone is refused or removed from the bus for any reason, no refund will be issued.

Combo ticket does NOT include Glam Zone or shop merchandise.

💡 ADDITIONAL DETAILS Look out for our Mermaid Bus, easily recognizable with mermaid logos and colourful balloons! Make sure to dress comfortably and bring any essentials your little ones may need.

⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER In the unlikely event that we do not sell enough tickets for the show to go ahead, we may need to postpone the event. If this occurs, all ticket holders will receive at least 3 days’ notice. You will then have the option to: Use your same ticket for the rescheduled date, or Request a full refund if you prefer not to attend the new date.
